A new corporate identity for a new diving products company
Cambridgeshire-based Premier Chemicals have won sole European distribution rights for Intersurgical's new soda-lime products specifically aimed at the rebreather and professional diving market. The name DIVELIME had been chosen and Catalyst were asked to produce a new identity.
The soda-lime product allows air to be re-circulated and re-used allowing the diver to remain underwater for long periods. The design solution consists of an icon of a breathing tube in the shape of an infinity symbol changing from green to blue, along with a strong, modern typeface. Numerous colour permutations were produced for application across a wide range of uses including, website design and production, advertisements, packaging etc.
DIVELIME now have a professional and authoritative identity which is paramount to their success in the extreme sports marketplace where the quality and reliability of their product can mean the difference between life and death.
