Design for Print The Phillimores, Kensington
The brief for the sales brochure for The Phillimores, Kensington, London was that it had to be "stunning".
The brochure was designed as a leather, hand-stiched hard bound book with embossed silver on the front cover and the individual apartment number printed on a simulator title sheet. Each copy was personalised to the individual apartment — showing the floorplan and integrated systems within each room.
